Todd Beard, the controversial owner of the Affliction T-shirt company, has resigned from the company following reports of an investigation by the Couture family in which it emerged that Mr. Beard had a history of criminal activity.

Randy and Kim Couture made the discovery after hiring a private investigator as a result of Kim Couture’s lawsuit against Beard, as we reported earlier on Friday.
