While the fight between Karo Parisyan and Yoshiyuki Yoshida was postponed after Parisyan suffered an injury just a day before the fight, the UFC have still put on a fantastic card and some great fights. It’s going to be a awesome night of MMA action.

With less than twenty four hours to go until the PPV, we thought we’d take a look at some of the fights taking place tonight and give our predictions for what should be a great night of MMA.
Of course, our main event of the evening - which sees the Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre taking on Jon Fitch - should be a great fight. Both have been in great form and this is going to be a great fight.

Affliction is getting a lot of press based on its main-event of Tim Sylvia versus Fedor Emelianenko. The other major heavyweight match on this card that has potential as being a massive fight is the co-main event.

The UFC is putting together an impromptu fight-night event on five weeks notice. The event which will be held in Vegas on July 19th will go head-to-head with the Affliction event in California. The debut Affliction event is on pay-per-view where the UFC will offer their event live on Spike TV.
