Ryan Jensen to replace Jeremy Horn at UFC Fight Night

is reporting that Jeremy Horn has suffered a wrist injury and will be replaced by Ryan Jensen in a fight against Wilson Gouveia.

The fight will take place on September 17 at the Omaha Civic Auditorium as part of the next UFC Fight Night.

It certainly doesn’t look promising for Jensen - despite having a 13-4 MMA record, he is currently 0-2 in the UFC.

Anthony Johnson recovered from injury

Anthony Johnson has recovered from the serious eye injury that he suffered at the July Fight Night which featured Anderson Silva against James Irvin.

It certainly wouldn’t surprise me if he faced Kevin Burns in his return following their controversial fight which left Johnson blinded.

Rumour has it Johnson has been pencilled in for an October return but we certainly can’t confirm anything right now.

Aurelio to replace injured Tibau against Franca

A shoulder injury has forced Gleison Tibau (15-6 MMA, 4-3 UFC) out of UFC 90, and he’ll be replaced by Marcus Aurelio (16-6 MMA, 2-2 UFC) in a bout with Hermes Franca (18-7 MMA, 5-4 UFC).

Although nothing has been confirmed by UFC.com, we’ve had it confirmed off a number of sources.
